End of Life Services with
Certified EOL Doula Alexis Everhart

PLANNING • GUIDANCE • COMPANIONSHIP

Memento Mori — Latin for 'remember you must die' — is the ancient practice of reflection on our mortality using art or objects as a reminder of the inevitability of death. Our practice aims to help you face that unknown on your own terms: to help relieve fear and anxiety, manage grief and find beauty and peace at the end of life. Our services are for anyone at any stage of life who wants to be prepared for the end of life or needs help for a loved one at the end of life.

What is a Death Doula?

What does a good death look like? Most of us don’t think about death until it is thrust upon us—whether facing our own mortality or a loved one’s. A death doula comes in as additional support wherever it is needed. We offer non-medical compassionate care to those at the end of life or planning for it, to complement hospice and palliative care, help navigate disposition options and seamless support to each client's unique needs. We are companions to help guide people through that liminal space at the end of life so that they are ready to go in peace.
